You’ll encounter the second-generation Albinaurics in areas like Ordina and Miquella’s Haligtree. While they may appear grotesque, these enemies can drop the Ripple Crescent Halberd and Ripple Blade—unique weapons that scale with Arcane. For Arcane builds, these are highly prized Elden Ring Items and often difficult to find unless you specifically hunt these foes.

3. Misbegotten Warriors

Misbegotten are beastlike enemies found throughout Leyndell, Castle Morne, and Haligtree. The rare Leonine Misbegotten variant in particular drops the Ruins Greatsword after being defeated in specific boss versions, but standard Misbegotten enemies can also drop weapons like the Misbegotten Shortbow and Axe. I recommend farming them early if you’re collecting unique weaponry.

4. Night’s Cavalry

These horseback enemies appear only at night in specific regions, making them easy to miss but essential to fight. They drop Night Cavalry weapons and ashes such as the Night’s Cavalry Set and unique war ashes like Phantom Slash. In my third playthrough, I challenged all of them to complete my collection. These encounters not only tested my mounted combat skills but also rewarded me with some of the most stylish Elden Ring Items I own.

5. Vulgar Militia

Despite their size, Vulgar Militia enemies can be very dangerous. Found in Altus Plateau and Mountaintops of the Giants, they drop surprisingly powerful items such as the Vulgar Militia Saw and Set, known for their bleed potential. If you're building around bleed effects, farming these enemies is more effective (and budget-friendly) than trying to buy Elden Ring items from a seller.

6. Silver Tear Enemies

These strange shapeshifting enemies from Nokron and the underground cities can drop the Silver Tear Mask, which increases Arcane—a great boost for item discovery and bleed builds. I didn’t realize how useful this item was until I experimented with hybrid Arcane builds, and it quickly became one of my go-to farming aids.

If you’re hunting rare Elden Ring Items, these six enemy types should be your top farming priorities. While it might take time and patience, there’s real satisfaction in earning these drops yourself.
