 I’m curious about digital transformation specifically in the healthcare sector. I’ve seen stories about hospitals adopting new systems, but my impression is that it’s more complicated than in other industries. Doctors and nurses are already overworked, and if a new system slows them down even for a week, patients could suffer. Has anyone here been involved in a healthcare digital transformation? Was it worth it, or did it create more problems than it solved?
