From this page you can download the RAPID timeseries data. A full description of the data files is given inthe README file and the error estimates is given in README error file. Use the links on the left to view plots of the data and read about related data. To access the data we ask that you leave your email address so that we can notify you when updates to the timesereis become available and so that we can record the number oftimes the data is accessed.
Data PrivacyTo download the data we ask that you enter your email address below. This will enable us to inform you when new data are available for download. In addition we generate statistics about the number of users of the RAPID data set, this is important in enabling us to secure continued funding for the observations. Email addresses provided here will not be used for any other purpose. If you do not wish us to contact you about future data releases please email eleanor.frajka@noc.ac.uk

The participants will be provided a personal account to store, collect and process data on SSRL macromolecular crystallography computers during the course. While data in personal accounts will be eventually deleted, they can be accessed remotely without restrictions for as long as they remain on disk. Course participants are responsible for backing up diffraction images or processing results generated during the course. There are several options available for data backup, described hereLaptops and remote accessTo get remote access to beamlines and data and all the software used in the tutorials, the participants must install a NoMachine client on their laptop before or during the course. This page provides instructions to download, install and configure the remote access software. Running software tutorialsParticipants do not need to install any software packages in their own laptops if they use the NoMachine client, since this application allows access to the SSRL beamline computers, where the software will already be installed and data sets stored. The exception is the ATSAS suite to process small angle solution scattering data, which participants in the SAXS tutorial should download and install in advance.
A movie of fluorescently labeled nuclei trajectories from a low density culture of U87 cells imaged for 24 h at 15 min intervals. The trajectories were generated using the following settings: Nuclei diameter = 12, Threshold = 15, Minumum frames = 49, Maximum displacement = 30. (Practice using FastTracks by importing the low_density_culture.tif contained in the downloadable sample_TIFFs folder.)
A movie of fluorescently labeled nuclei trajectories from a high density culture of MDCK cells imaged for 4 h at 5 min intervals. The trajectories were generated using the following settings: Nuclei diameter = 10, Threshold = 10, Minumum frames = 20, Maximum displacement = 10. (Practice using FastTracks by importing the high_density_culture.tif contained in the downloadable FastTracks program files.)
